I started working for PT Asuransi CIGNA in June 2003 as Telemarketing Manager responsible for 8 telemarketers. Full support from all management levels brought success to the Telemarketing Department, and today it has 550 telemarketers, 54 supervisors, 11 associate managers and 3 managers. I am now Associate Director. Favorable growth in human resources goes hand-in-hand with significant growth in insurance premiums – 7200% booked up to 2007. One thing that I am proud of is that CIGNA has changed the lives of many people, including me and other telemarketing colleagues.
