Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective Telemarketing Department and to achieve targeted revenues and yields (profitability). Analyze, plan and implement appropriate sales initiatives in order to ensure achievement of sales targets
and yields from the sales team.
Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales support for new and existing sales. Roles have client facing responsibility for service and service strategy issues. Design activities to communicate the critical business information necessary to external audiences to achieve business objectives.
Responsible for the achievement of optimum sales target of each business partner's. Maintain good relationship with business partner; ensure implementation of business partner's' programs in sales activity; negotiate with business partner's' for sales target; understand business potential & competition of each principal.
