Develop, testing, and maintenance of business applications and provide data management strategy, direction and plan/design support to business systems delivery and maintenance. Design and deliver application data architecture, logical/physical data models and databases. Set corporate computing standards to align IT investments with the business.

Responsible for the design, analysis, engineering, and implementation of the technical infrastructure along with oversight of the enterprise operations & support services. Also responsible for operational delivery, product management, production and technical support, change release management, output management, help desk, and all aspects of Information Protection.

Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary
