Our Team  

The BAA team is comprised of HR & Training Department who are aligned to four primary areas of knowledge and skill that employees need to be successful.  These areas are:  CIGNA Values, having the core technical skills needed to do their jobs (Functional Competence), having leadership abilities ( Leadership Development Program ), and having general business and compliance (Basic Competence)
In addition, HR and Training with the support of managers and specialists design and develop the curriculum, delivery, and conduct human resource administration. 

How Our Projects Are Determined  

CIGNA BAA has Internal Advisory Board comprised of senior leaders from across the Company with enterprise experience and thinking. HR work with this board to determine the learning solutions that will give the business the most return.  A formal and robust prioritization process is then used to identify key project priorities for the year, and the BAA's centralized training budget is allocated to these highest priority activities .
